Pippa Middleton was seen out and about in NYC literally almost falling over herself. The younger sister to the Dutchess of Cambridge, was being followed by paparazzi and she just about tripped over them as she strolled through the city streets. Luckily the 28-year-old caught herself from falling on the ground and she regained her balance and composure.
